Transfer Rate Quantum Entangloporter

Issue description:
I'm triyng to use the quantum entangloporter to transfer the steam produced from the fission reactor to the turbine but it transfer just 1024 mb/t. There is a way for make the transfer rate limitless or something like that?

Steps to reproduce:
- Attach the quantum entangloporter to the coolant output and then set the gas to all input
- Attach the other one to the input of the turbine and then set the gas to all output and "auto-eject: on"

There is a configuration located config/Mekanism
. I do not know, which file it's. But searching it is not hard
But you mean the config folder where there are the configs of all the mods or the config folder inside the .jar file of makanism?

The entangloporter currently uses the generic auto eject rate limits set in the config (I believe config/Mekanism/general.toml), which defaults to 1,024 mB/t. This is something I am planning on adjusting in 10.1 to potentially remove the auto eject limit from the entangloporter.
But in the config/Mekanisn there is no general.toml... there are just client.toml and tools-client.toml and i've searched in both of them and didn't find anything
If you are on a server the changes need to be made there. If you are not then you need to just open a new world for the configs to initially generate.
and if I wanted to change the maximum production of the Thermal Evaproation Plant? I've searched in the general but i didn't found anything. For now is stucked to 1080 mb/t also if i'm giving about 650 k°C
Sorry but i don't understand... wich config i should change? I don't wont that for the same ammount of water and heat it will produce more, i just wont that with the same ammount of water and more heat it will produce more brine
