For some reason, Mekanism allows honey, biomass, and experience fluids from Cyclic as a replacement for water in the substrate recipe.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Look at the recipe for substrate in JEI with Mekanism and Cyclic installed
  2. boom

1.16.x or earlier (No longer being developed)

36.2.29

Best guess is cyclic is doing the same thing as create and claiming that honey is water when it isn't. See #7159 (comment) for a slightly more detailed explanation
