Issue description

Gas Burning Generators keeps making noise after it burns all the gas in it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a Gas Burning Generator and put some gas in it.
  2. Wait until all the gas burns.
  3. The Gas Burning Generator will continue to make noise even though it burns nothing.

Apparently this only happens ethylene burning, it doesn't happen on hydrogen burning.
