Meka-Tool Axe Ability Does Not Trigger the "Wax Off" Advancement

Issue description

When we use a Meka-Tool with farming units to remove the wax of a copper block, it removes the wax but does not grant the advancement to the player.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get a Meka-Tool with Farming Units.
  2. Place down a copper block that is waxed.
  3. Remove the wax with the Meka-Tool, the wax is removed but advancement is not granted.
