Digital Miner does not accept negativ Y-Values

Issue description
The Digtial miner does not hold Y-Values that are negativ. In 1.20 this works.
After hitting enter:
Steps to reproduce
Try to enter a netgative Y-Value
Minecraft version
1.21.1 (Latest)
NeoForge version
21.1.91
Mekanism version
10.7.7 (Latest)
