Digital Miner unable to set below Y level 0 ATM10

Issue description

When trying to adjust the digital miner to mine below Y level 0 it will not take it. Positive numbers work but not negative.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set down miner in the nether.
  2. Configure settings.
  3. Added a filtered item.
  4. Tried to adjust Y level below 0 but was unable.
  5. Positive number changes work.

NeoForge version

21.1.172

10.7.14 (Latest)

Unless ATM 10 specifically changed the nether, the nether stops at y=0. What benefit does going below the min world height provide?

I guess I'm just an idiot. Sorry to waste your time. I don't know why I thought it was deeper. Again, I apologize.
