ProjectE Gem Boots flying ability doesn't work with Mekanism installed

Issue description

I have no idea why this happens, but it is rather annoying. At least in the 1.20.1 version, it only randomly disabled when switching game modes, but not letting me fly like creative at all is just not right.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install both Mekanism and ProjectE
  2. Start a world and equip the gem boots.
  3. Try to fly and fail (should be in survival and attempt the usual double-jump creative flight trick).

Minecraft version

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

21.1.180

Mekanism version

10.7.14 (Latest)

Other relevant versions

ProjectE 1.1.0 for 1.21.1 Neoforge

The gem boots don't grant flight

Is that true? I checked, and they do grant creative flight. I've tested this multiple times. It's due to the fact they use Swiftwolf's Rending Gale in the recipe, which also grant creative flight (though it drains EMC from any klein stars in the inventory to work)
