Machine "Issue" Warning bugs

Issue description

  1. The redstone warning sometimes doesn't update correctly when there is another warning already present (in this case, energy warning):

  1. There is an edge case where the warning highlights the wrong GUI element instead of the correct one. It seems like an extraordinary case and happens every once in a blue moon.
  1. Possibly related to issue above, there is no warning for "chemical absent" in the machines. One could be added.

Steps to reproduce

  • For first issue, repeat the steps shows in the video. It can be done with a seismic vibrator or resistive heater for easy reproduction.
  • Second issue seems hard or even impossible to reproduce on purpose.
