
[1.21.1] AE2 autocrafting of Energy Cubes (and other chargeable blocks / items) not working

Issue description
The Molecular Assembler from AE2 can't craft the Energy Cubes (or by extension the Induction Cells / Providers etc.)

I've seen there have been issues in the past (dating back around 10 years as well) about this specific issue, closest candidate being #2922
I'm playing with the following mod versions on a server:
Mekanism 10.7.15 (+ Generators and Tools)
Applied Energistics 2 (19.2.15)
Steps to reproduce
- Setup a small AE2 network
- Create an AE Pattern Provider and a Molecular Assembler
- Create a pattern for the Energy Tablet and one for the Basic Energy Cube
- Add required items for both in the system
- Try to craft the Energy Tablet, should work fine (as it doesn't require chargeable items for the recipe)
- Try to craft the Basic Energy Cube, it should fail

Technici4n from the AE team told me that I should try to manually put the items into the Pattern Terminal / Encoding interface intead of using JEI's recipe integration and that made it work.
Again not sure if that's something that can be fixed on Mekanism's end, or if it's something that needs to be fixed in AE2 or even JEI?
(Apparently similar to #397 and not the other issue I mentioned, sorry)
After some back and forth chatting and testing in a Discord server, and me trying to get those broken patterns again, I couldn't reproduce it.
The resulting patterns via. the JEI auto-fill method looked identical to the ones where I manually put the items in.
I'll close this as not planned / can't reproduce for now but I've told the other players on my server that if they encounter this issue as well to notify me so I can save the NBT of those broken / invalid patterns to post here.
