Issue description

Using the energy upgrade inside the electrolytic separator... I haven't tried in any other machines yet, however when I added them into this machine the energy usage stayed the same. With max speed upgrades without the energy upgrade it uses about 40k/tick and with any amount of energy upgrades (which the machine DOES accept) it still stays at 40k/tick. Seems a bit high for just one machine especially if you put an upgrade in the machine, it should actually do something lol. Again I haven't tried other machine just yet but was doing some testing and seen this and I can only assume that it's a bug as what would be the point of adding these upgrades if they do nothing.
