Issue description

on the latest versions of both mekanism generators and cc:tweaked the fission reactor's logic adapter is not exposed to the computer on the lua code

That is because that's an older version of cc:tweaked, I'm on 116.1 and that's the version that's broken with mekanism

This is why you post the actual versions. "latest" is useless.

I can't see in the changelogs of them changing anything with peripheral registration, so this is their issue.
