maybe make it so a tortured soul in an item frame spawns phantoms? or maybe in an altar or something (add altar to mod?)

make it so you can throw it and it will spawn a phantom that attacks the nearest livingentity to where it lands

throwing has been implemented, now three things left to add

1: add new sound when thrown (instead of snowball sound)
2: make it do a small explosion on collision, that causes damage/animation/sound, but doesnt break any, or breaks very little, blocks
3: make it so that on breaking, if it hit an entity, it gives that entity nausea
4: make it spawn phantoms that target either the livingentity it collided with, or, if it didnt hit any, targets closest livingentity

also make it so the phantoms don't un-anger
