[MOTP] Attribute Display Config is reseting when the server starts

[MOTP] The attribute_display_config.toml reset and creates 2 .bak archives.

the data inside resets to default.
even if I change it later and reopen the server, none of the changes made are loaded.

Obs: for some reason, when you open via run.sh the server it render normal, but if you run with java dont work normaly
