In the end of the readme text, you have this written.
However I don't allow clients or other mods to merge this mod without permission, if you would like to use this mod in your client or another mod please contact me.
To my knowledge, the LGPL-2.1 copyleft license directly opposes this sort of request. You should either update the readme, or change the license to custom or proprietary to avoid confusion.
