Can't you delete 1.19.1 and reupload it on curseforge? I see that 1.19 was uploaded 2 days later than 1.19.1 and is higher on the list due to that

It's really just the dates. Sure, the wrong information is that curseforge thinks the newest version is for 1.19.2, but isn't this an easy fix for you to just upload the 1.19.2 again with nothing changed except accepting curseforge's mistakes?
