Could you please elaborate what's the point of this mod? Like what's the difference to default automatic JVM GC? Why would we want this mod? and could I ask you to put the answer in the mod description?

like the description says that the mod calls GC automatically/periodically, but JVM already does that, I'm extremely confused about the point of this mod or any other of the similar mods for that matter
