How can I link my module with this? Or does my mod only need to be linked with Configure and Better ModList?

Menulogue is just a compatibility layer to make Mod Menu's config entry point to work with Catalogue. If your mod is already setup to use Mod Menu's config entry point, it you do not have to do anything.
