Describe the feature/addition!

I'd like to have a wireless ME Requester Terminal that integrates into the AE2WTlib's Wireless Universal Terminal. It probably needs to be checked if AE2WTlib is actually installed along ME Requester though.

While I found some references to preparations for said feature in #2 I think the final step is still missing. You said it would probably be best implemented in this code base rather than in the AE2WTlib, so I'm posting this request here.

Why would like to see this feature/addition?

QoL improvement and consistency with other types of terminals that can be integrated into the Wireless Universal Terminal. From a player's perspective there is no reason why a ME Requester Terminal could not be accessed wirelessly.
