Describe the feature/addition!

Currently if there is not enough of the requested item and there is enough resources, but no available CPU the status will stay on idle. I believe there should be a status that lets you know that it is waiting for a CPU.

Why would like to see this feature/addition?

Items weren't being requested and the status was idle and I was getting really frustrated trying to troubleshoot.

I believe the status should say "no CPU available with enough storage" or something like that, because there could be a situation where someone requests a recipe that none of their CPUs can handle, then they are confused by the "no CPU available message"
