Scrollbar texture differs from AE2

Describe the bug!

The scrollbar has a different texture in the ME Requester Terminal if you compare it to a AE2 Crafting Terminal. It is easy to spot when cycling through the wireless universal terminal views in my PR #48.

The scrollbar needs some reworking and was never migrated to the new system. You can also see issues when expanding the terminal. It will draw small separators onto the empty space. The terminal logic was adopted from a really old implementation of the PAT. I need to revisit it.

You mean these dark lines on the bottom?
