I have made this recipe json for using smithing table instead of crafting table.

Personally I think it's too expensive to require a Netherite Upgrade Template for every bundle.
That's why I switched to crafting where that is not required with essentially the same result.

It's possible to make custom smithing recipes which don't require any template (the slot stays empty), but recipe viewers like JEI don't show those without a plugin which I didn't want to get into.

It would be possible to provide an optional data pack with the smithing recipe, but I don't think it's worth the effort for the small number of people that would actually find and use it.
