Metallurgy alloy recipes do not show in JEI, functionality not impaired

Metallurgy alloy recipes in the Tinkers Construct smeltery do not appear when using JEI (Just Enough Items), however the actual alloying process in the smeltery functions just fine.

For example, I can't see a recipe to alloy together Rubracium and Mithril to create Haderoth, but if I place the former two in the smeltery, they do still produce Haderoth as they should.
