Describe the bug
As of 0.2.2, the alloyer only works with ingots from the mod itself, completely ignoring ore dictionary equivalent.

To Reproduce
Add ThermalFoundation copper/tin/platinum ingots in place Metallurgy ones in the alloyer.

Versions:

• Metallurgy 4: Reforged: 0.2.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2838
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Modpack (if available): n/a
• Conflicting mod (if regarding mod integration): ThermalFoundation-1.12.2-2.6.3.27
• Other mods you think could cause issues:

Additional context
Crusher accepts ingots from other mods, hence not affected by this issue.
