Repairing Tinkers Construct weapons with Metallurgy materials as the tool head provides negligible durability

General Information
Describe the bug:
When using attempting to repair a Tinkers Construct weapon whose head is made out of a Metallurgy metal via the Tool Forge, only a negligible amount of durability is restored (appears to be only an increase of 10 per ingot for all materials I've tried).
To Reproduce:
- Create a Tinkers Construct tool with a head made out of a Metallurgy metal (e.g. Sanguinite). Other components don't appear to be significant, but a handle/binding that provides a higher durability bonus may illustrate the issue better.
- Use the tool enough to reduce the durability significantly, half or less. A fast way of doing this would likely be making a hammer with a Cobalt handle and large plate, the other large plate out of Electrum, applying as much Redstone as possible, and bringing it to the Nether and tunneling until durability is satisfactory.
- Grab an ingot of the metal the tool's head is made out of, and try repairing it at a Tool Forge. Regain only a flat 10 durability.
Expected behavior:
Regaining a much higher percentage of durability, ranging from about 20%-90%, depending on factors such as number of modifiers applied to the tool.

Additional context:
Downgrading Metallurgy to version 0.3.3 resolves the issue, even if all other mods and Forge remain unchanged.
this, should be fixed in the latest alpha (1.1.0-alpha.1), tell me if you're getting anymore issues @Manan6619
