Cerculase shield inconsistent behaviour

Describe the bug:

Activating the shield for a very short period of time will not set it on cooldown and the will keep the ice blocks from disappearing. As seen in Video n.1.

Activating the shield again after that, will cause it to NOT spawn new ice blocks but it will instead make the old ones disappear.
Despite not spawning any new blocks it will still go on cooldown. As seen in Video n.2.

To Reproduce:

  1. Take cerculase shield
  2. Press RMB
  3. Release RMB after around 0.5s
  4. The bug should appear if you get the timing just right

To perform this bug you have to release the button at a very specific point in time, it is tricky at first but once you know its is fairly easy to get it with near 50% - 80% consistency.

Expected behavior:
The shield should always go on cooldown and never keep the blocks.
