[1.12.2] Having Craft Tweaker installed prevents you from infusing Tartarite Equipment as well as preventing you to cast Metallurgy Metal into Casting Basins from Tinkers.

You are unable to infuse Tartarite Armor & Tools with Metallurgy Blocks as well as being unable to cast Metallurgy Blocks into Casting Basins from Tinkers.


Left: Craft Tweaker is installed, and the Tartarite infusion outputs no recipe. You also can't cast metal into the Casting Basins.
Right: Craft Tweaker is NOT installed and I am able to infuse Tartarite Armor with blocks as well as cast metal into the Casting Basins.

EDIT
Forgot to mention that while crafting you can go from Ingots to Blocks, but you CANNOT go from Blocks to Ingots. Ingots to Nuggets... however, work.

This is a bug in metallurgy_tweaks which is also present on 1.2.11 it's already fixed in my dev env, I'll release a patch for it as soon as I find a good way to fix #338

as well as being unable to cast Metallurgy Blocks into Casting Basins from Tinkers.

oh, were you able to cast molten metals to blocks in basins in versions before 1.2.11 or beta.1?
