Broken alloys & config not affecting set bonuses

General Information

Decently sized modpack (some 85 mods) with multiple mods that could affect Metallurgy or Tinkers' Construct.

Describe the bug:
attempting to use the config to disable certain set bonuses (example: Ceruclase armor's Blizzard set bonus, also applies to tools) doesn't change anything.

Alloys (example: Desichalkos, made with Eximite and Meutoite) are entirely broken and one or both metals are replaced with Amordrine, and after disabling Amordrine in the configs it changed to Haderoth instead.

Another unrelated bug, Inolashite's set bonus crashes the game when used with Hunger Overhaul.

To Reproduce:
Tinkers' Construct, a couple mods used to edit Tinkers' Construct (ie Tinkers' Extras, Tweakers' Construct) and Metallurgy 1.3.1.

  1. Load modpack
  2. Check recipes with JEI or test with a forge

Additional context (optional):
The alloy recipes are visible in JEI, and I tested them with a Tinkers' smeltery and they are exactly what they say. Everything worked just fine in the beta, including changing the set bonuses, but after I updated the mod to the full release I can't get those two specific things working. Everything else (like changing the spawning parameters of ores) work just fine. I also tried to change Adamantine's mining level with Tool Progression, but it didn't do anything.

I've tried regenerating the Metallurgy config to see if that fixes it, but it didn't. I've yet to mess with any Tinkers' Construct files. When testing with ONLY Metallurgy and Tinkers' Construct on fresh configs, everything worked fine. Presumably it's one of the other mods that affect Tinkers' Construct, but I was a little bit too hasty in filing this report due to the other issues to test the other ones.

Let me know if any more information (ie screenshots or more information on my config changes) is needed.

Late response is no problem, I know things are very busy right now.

As it turns out, I was able to fix everything I listed. I don't know how I fixed the set bonuses being toggled, I think I just reinstalled the mod and remade the config.

I can confirm that Inolashite does properly work now. Presumably due to reinstalling the mod and config, as stated above.

The bugged alloys were due to me disabling certain metals in two separate configs (Metallurgy's and Tweaker's Construct) and after sorting those out it works just fine again. I probably really should have mentioned that, but at the time I didn't think of it.

I appreciate you taking the time to make sure everything is working correctly.

I'm sure this bug's been fixed on 1.3.1 | Ref: #349
Maybe check that the mod file is really the updated one..? sometimes it happens that automated launchers like CurseForge mess things up and don't actually replace files (especially if you updated the mod while the game was running)

attempting to use the config to disable certain set bonuses (example: Ceruclase armor's Blizzard set bonus, also applies to tools) doesn't change anything.

I wasn't able to reproduce this, tried disabling Blizzard and Flash Freeze and they both get disabled correctly.
Again I remember fixing a similar bug in 1.3.1 so it might be like with the previous issue your mod isn't really updated | Ref: #347

As for this last bug, I can't reproduce it either, but I don't think I understood the Steps to reproduce correctly because, I can both see the correct recipe for desichalkos in JEI and also making it in the smeltery has the intended outcome, have you by chance experienced these bugs after disabling the registration of some metals from materials.json? if yes can you tell me what materials you disabled? so I can debug this properly

P.S. Sorry for the late response, got caught with life and other projects
