Newest build, hard dependency on Tcon.

Describe the bug
Title describes it.

To Reproduce

Boot the game up without Tcon.

Expected behavior

A crash, due to not having Tcon and it being a hard dependency.

I will work on it as soon as I can, there has to be something that in some way gets loaded without checking if the mod is present
