V button for action doesn’t work

For some reason, for the action key V doesn’t work. Could it be a mod conflict of some sort?

For example, when I try to use V as an Enderman I can’t teleport, or V as a bat and I can’t fly

Look into options, most likely some other mod also provides a V key bind. Resolve the key bind conflict.
