First of all I am using realistic item physics mod where you do not automatically pick up items. Whenever I am morphed as a headcrumbs Human It will "pick up" items like chestplates and swords, but i will not get them and they will be deleted. This is a easy to reproduce bug using these mods and i hope you will fix it.

It actually has to do with a mob that for some reason cannot not pick up items
