Abnormal Fortron Reduction After Reloading Save with Speed Modules

Upon re-entering the save, the amount of Fortron generated by the Coercion Deriver equipped with Speed Modules decreases abnormally. Reinstalling all the Speed Modules resolves the issue.
Likely fixed with #87
