To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to basically anywhere
2. Move Analog stick around in circles or swipes
3. Movement stutters or stops for a sec

And the other Janky movement

1. Happens randomly but for me frequently
2. You will start moving in random directions

Expected behavior
1st one Movement stops stutters or slows down by a bit

2nd one you will start moving in directions like left or right even if your analog stick is still forward

Desktop

• OS: Windows 10
• Minecraft 1.19.2
• Fabric Fabric API V7.60 | Loader 0.14.17
• Mods like 90 mods basically Sodium and a LOT of performance mods
• Version 1.7.1 EDIT HAD TO UPDATE MODS RETESTED IN V 1.7.4
• Branch Normal

Additional context
I would test this in newer versions of the mod but my game crashes when loading my world think it may be do to torches or something idk
