Docs: Document what "reach around" means

Describe the bug
reach-around is mentioned as a feature, yet there is no description what this actually does. Add more information to the readme etc about what reach-around does.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- go to readme
- no documentation on reach-around feature exists
