Cant break blocks when unfocused [1.20.2-1.20.4]

Describe the bug
In 1.20.2-1.20.4 it is not possible to break blocks when game is not in focus
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start 2 Instances of Minecraft in Version 1.20.2
- Enable unfocused input and Virtual Mouse in Settings
- Try breaking blocks
- See bug
Expected behavior
Should be able to break blocks when game is unfocused
