Describe the bug
When attempting to click the configuration button for MidnightControls, the controller button sometimes will refuse to open the configuration page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new 1.21 instance with MidnightControls & Mod Menu mod installed,
2. Go to the Options -> Controls page,
3. Click the controller icon,
4. Notice it doesn't do anything,
5. Close the options page then go back to the same page,
6. It should now open properly again.

Expected behavior
The configuration page properly opens while being in title screen no matter what.

Additional context
I believe that this is either caused by Mod Menu or a bizarre clicking bug in MidnightControls itself.
