I'm not sure how exactly does the milk converts into cheese, but according to the hwyla it is milk+ milk cauldron.

I do have this issue, too (MC 1.20.1, Loader 0.14.21). I wanted to use Large Fluid Tanks and with searching for a solution to get milk treated as normal fluid. Milk+ does. Fluid Tanks are working now. But Culinaire Cheese production in cauldrons doesn't work anymore as they are no longer culinaire.milk_cauldrons which produce culinaire_chessecauldrons after some time. Maybe an issue with culinaire, maybe with milk+ or both. Don't know. (Pictures are taken without milk+ installed)
