Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently a MIDI device can be used to directly play notes from an instrument, but it would be cool if there was a way to use a MIDI device to broadcast notes like the transmitter does.

Either an option on the Transmitter to transmit system MIDI device input or a separate Transmitter-like item.

Describe alternatives you've considered
MIDI Device --> Note --> Listener --> Redstone --> Conductor for every single note, which is challenging
