Describe the bug
The maximum note that can be played in the instrument GUI is lower than intended.

To Reproduce
Open the instrument GUI, shift up as high as possible, notice that the maximum note is not the maximum note allowed by the MIDI spec.

Expected behavior
I can continue to shift up and play higher range notes.

Found while working on the feature for #13
