Only the listener redstone block's instrument filter works, no matter what note it is set on, it activates for every notes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. place listener
2. Set listener to C1
3. Activates for every notes

I was expecting it to only activate for a certain note.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Mod Version: 4.1.1 Release - Forge
• Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
• Forge Version: 1.20.1 - 47.3.22

I playing using modrinth so the 4.1.2 is not there at the time of making this bug report but looking at the 4.1.2 changelog, it does not seem to have been marked before.
I am also using plenty of other mods.

Hello! Thank you so much for the bug report! It looks like I actually broke this in update 4.1.0 and just never noticed... (oops 😅)

I've got the fix done already and am working on uploading a new 4.1.3 release to CurseForge and Modrinth now! Will comment again once those builds are pushed.
