[BUG] Notes won't end at the edge of music source's range

Describe the bug
Near the end of a music source's range, individual notes do not end
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Play music from the mechanical maestro
- Go to the edge of the sound range

Environment (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- Mod Version: mimimod-1.21.1-4.1.3-neo
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
- Forge Version: NeoForge 21.1.170

What is Transmitting to the instrument being played in the Mechanical Maestro? Is it linked to your transmitter or a server transmitter somewhere?

Hello! I've uploaded a beta version of the next release of MIMI for NeoForge 1.21.1 to Modrinth and CurseForge (CurseForge may take a few hours for it to be approved)!
I'll be working on back-porting the changes to Forge and the other supported versions of Minecraft over the next couple of days, but if you have some time please try out the beta and see if it helps out your issue!
