Describe the bug
No sound is produced by the transmitter when playing midi files. Using the instruments works fine, but the transmitter specifically is broken.

To Reproduce

1. Use the Transmitter.
2. Play a song.
3. No noise is produced by the transmitter.

Hello, I'm a tad late to this, but the cause of this "bug" is that the transmitter is (in my opinion) FAR too sensitive to note volume.
Shown here in this attached discord embedded video (because it wouldnt let me upload the video directly for whatever reason), going into a web midi editor like onlinesequencer.net, and changing all of the note volumes to max suddenly makes a nonplaying midi audible again.

In my opinion, the sensitivity to note volume should be lowered by quite a bit. In a modpack I play on frequently, a lot of people get discouraged from using the mod because the majority of their midis are at a barely audible volume.
