Describe the bug
Pressing the reverse skip button in the transmitter GUI restarts the song and doesn't skip back. If the song isn't already playing it starts playing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a transmitter GUI with at least 2 songs
  2. Skip to the 2nd song
  3. Press the reverse skip button and note that the song starts playing and doesn't skip back

Expected behavior
The song skips back to the previous song and doesn't start playing the current song if stopped.
