Users would like additional instruments that aren't in my plans yet.

Describe the solution you'd like
Since instruments are all essentially identical code-wise it should be possible to move them to be fully data-driven and then add the ability for custom instruments to be added.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating a tutorial on submitting a Merge Request to have new instruments added, but this would still require me to approve them and then push out a new build to CurseForge.
