[BUG] When using Halogen instrument blocks lose their color

Describe the bug
When using the Halogen mod instrument blocks don't show colors properly.

To Reproduce

  1. Install MIMI into a new modpack
  2. Install Halogen into the same modpack
  3. Start a new creative world and place any instrument block
  4. Notice that the block is mostly grey

Expected behavior
The block should render with the color that it's supposed to be instead of being mostly grey

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Mod Version: 1.2.0
  • Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
  • Forge Version: 1.16.5 - 36.2.4

Additional context
Seems to be the same issue that Supplementaries is facing here spoorn/sodium-forge#178

I linked a workaround in the above issue but would still like to explore finding a permanent fix on my end.
