Can't place fire on top of Hollow Crimson/Warped Stems

Describe the bug
Interacting with a Flint and Steel on an Hollow Crimson or Warped Stem (both regular and stripped) nothing happens

Expected behavior
Fire should be placed when interacting with these blocks
