I'll say right away that I use a connector for my build on forge. In general, I added mods like tectonics and wwoo and when I found that portals don't appear (and via locate too), I decided to remove them and check, but it didn't help. Also, it didn't help to roll back forge from 47.4.0 to 47.3.22 when everything was working, I reinstalled the mod, it didn't help. There's nothing in the logs either

Send a log anyway, that way I'm able to see which version of every mod you're using :)
