I died while in a tentacle phase of the boss and when i came back and killed the tentacles the boss didnt become killable again so im stuck in the boss room

so after slowly killing with fall damage the last tentacle was in the elevator room completely unreachable

Hi, in which version of the mod (and Minecraft) does that happen?

it is in 1.19.2 and version 1.5.3
