Current Behavior
I am constantly finding stuck colonists (usually knights, couriers and builders) jumping up and down attempting to path up a two block high 'step'. They will not stop doing this and will continue indefinitely until I bump into them or interact with them. Then the quickly reset and go up the correct path.
Expected Behavior
To continue walking the extra step or two and jump up the one high block instead of stopping at the two high spot.
Reproduction Steps
I have seen it mostly on stairways where they try and exit the stairs too early. I also have seen them jumping up and down outside the Fairy Tale style hospital wall (seeming to try and get to the block on the other side of the wall) but when bumped they proceed correctly to the door.
Logs
Don't have one but can ask for server log if needed

I can take more screenshots of the other spots I've seen them doing it if you would like.
The main reason I reported is because they will bounce there forever until interacted with. So, if it's far away from where I go normally and I can't bump them out of it they become useless. I've had colonists vanishing and holding things up for days until I go investigate why everyone's waiting for a glass delivery.
They actually pathed up the next one, but because positioning is actually not 100% accurate, they went right a bit too early
I've seen that happen too actually, though never really investigated it to see what they were trying to do
