Expected behavior

• When the deliveryguy turns their head, their hair turns with them.

Actual behaviour

• The head turns, but the hair remains front facing.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1a. Observe a deliveryguy when he is turning, or is looking at a different direction than forward.
1b. Look at the screenshot included, to see the visual glitch.
