[BUG] The builder is easily at risk of falling to their death when placing blocks directly beneath their feet.

- I am running the latest beta version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
When the builder places a block directly beneath their feet, they attempt to move away from that block, which often results in them falling to their death.

Expected Behavior
Move to a safe location first.
Reproduction Steps
Have them build a tall wall that they can climb up?

Since I had a backup from that time, I let him rebuild three times, and each time he fell to his death. Additionally, this issue is made worse by citizens often not eating for some reason, preventing them from healing.
